In your 20s

I'd like to reminisce my 20 year old self. It was month of July, I had no idea how to celebrate a 20th birthday so I just asked my mom to join me for a simple museum date on which she gladly accepted although at that moment, she had a lot of things to do and quite tired for an errand. I really appreciated her for that. But for me, turning 20 is quite a realization. Our twenties is a weird but transformative stage.

Casita Ysabel

We're still in a middle of this pandemic and I'm still really hoping that everything will be better soon. We still need to stay at home and protect ourselves from the risk of having the virus. But tbh I really miss travelling to other different places and unwind from all the stress. Yesterday, I scrolled through my phone gallery and saw these photos taken during our family vacation in Casita Ysabel, Batangas.

FILMS

Hi reader! I'm just sharing a list of some of my favorite interesting films. Most of these films are mind blowing or compelling to watch. Enjoy reading!

After Hours (1985) dir. Martin Scorsese -This film is an entertaining masterpiece. The story tells about an ordinary word processor named Paul Hackett who experienced a series of misadventures after he agrees to visit a strange girl in Soho whom he met that evening at a coffee shop. I love this retro film and its retro feels. I always like to watch dark comedies because there's something interesting when a protagonists faces a lot of problems during the entire story but it gets lighter when things are getting funny. This film also brings the perfect of endings. I can say that this movie is underrated and deserve to be watched. It is a mixture of lunacy, bizarre, turmoil and dread. I'll give it a 5 Stars!
