Academic Break

It's been months and I got tons of school activities that I haven't updated in a while. Yesterday, it was  announced that we're going to have an academic break for one week until 1st day of November. It's a long weekend and I need to catch up for my subjects because I'm having a hard time to adjust and find my effective study habit.

There were times when I had to sleep for only 2 hours in order to review for an upcoming exam and do research about small group discussions and I end up not confident at what I knew at all. I hope I could learn how to manage my time and do other ways to improve this type of study routine because it's really unhealthy. I need to prepare for the upcoming midterm exams after a week of academic break. But unlike those first week in med school, recently my anxiety is becoming less during small group discussions and clinical cases. I feel less anxious and worried, now that I've already experienced it a lot of times. Even though studying medicine is really hard, I found new friends who's willing to help and share some of their ideas. At first, I'm having a hard time gaining friends because I'm way too introverted to initiate a conversation and join groups. But these past few weeks, I'm trying to find my circles. I hope I could replenish my mind and study effectively during the academic break.
